Payment and cancellation terms
100% deposit is required at the time of booking. Payment is non-refundable when cancelled at Amy moment for any reason. We recommend purchasing travel insurance covering inability to travel.
This cancellation policy applies to all services included in the booking. Date changes are not allowed. A € 500 security deposit will be authorized upon arrival and released on check-out date, pending any deductions for damages.

预订时需支付住宿及所有附加服务的全额费用。无论任何原因、任何时间取消，付款均不予退还。取消适用于订单中包含的所有服务。预订后不得更改。抵达前1天将预授权500欧元的押金，并在退房后3天内释放。

如在抵达前14天或更短时间取消，费用不予退还。此取消政策适用于预订中的所有服务。
在抵达前72小时内允许免费更改日期（视供应情况而定）。若新日期价格高于原预订价格，将收取差额；若价格较低，则不予退还差额。
抵达前一天将预授权300欧元作为押金，退房后三天内释放，若无损坏则不扣款。
