Payment and cancellation terms
100% deposit is required at the time of booking. Payment is non-refundable when cancelled at Amy moment for any reason. We recommend purchasing travel insurance covering inability to travel.
This cancellation policy applies to all services included in the booking. Date changes are not allowed. A € 500 security deposit will be authorized upon arrival and released on check-out date, pending any deductions for damages.

100% deposit is required at the time of booking. Reservations can be canceled up to 15 days before arrival for a full refund, minus a €30 non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations made 14 days or less before arrival are non-refundable. This cancellation policy applies to all services included in the booking. Date changes are allowed free of charge up to 72 hours before arrival, subject to availability. If the price for the new dates is higher than the original booking, the difference will be charged. If the new price is lower, no refund will be provided. A €300 security deposit will be authorized one day before arrival and released three days after check-out, pending any deductions for damages.
