Full payment for accommodation and all extra services is required at the moment of booking. Payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation for any reason at any time. Payment and cancellation terms

Cancellation applies to all services included in the order. No changes allowed. 1000€ security deposit is authorized 1 day prior to arrival and released 3 days after check-out. 30 € booking fees are charged at the moment of booking. Final payment is charged 14 days before arrival. No cancellation is charged if cancelled more than 14 days before arrival. No payment is charged if cancelled more than 14 days before arrival, paid 30 € booking fees are non-refundable. No refund is paid if cancelled 14 or less days before arrival.
Cancellation applies to all services included in the order. Date change is allowed at no charge latest 72 h before arrival. Changes are metter of availability. If price for new dates are higher than original. the difference will be charged. No refund paid if new price is lower than original. 500€ security deposit is authorized 1 day prior to arrival and released 3 days after check-out.
